Ittai Funabashi was born in 1967 in Kanda, Tokyo, Japan. From the first years of life he grew up with downtown-Scenery in Edo, Tokyo. Ittai is an artist of Festival Illustration, „祭絵". As a festival illustrator he describes „Japanese harmony“, „Tradition“, „Edo-atmosphere“, „Real feelings of seasons“ and so on. His works appears in many books and advertisements.
